How ERW CommandPMO handles your data · Last updated 31 August 2026

The short version. We collect your email address, your name, the work you submit and the marks you receive. We use them to teach you and to issue your credential. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone except the service providers listed below who are needed to run the course. You can ask for a copy or ask us to delete everything, and we will.

Who we are

ERW CommandPMO operates the AI-901 Certification Bootcamp at erw-commandpmo.com. For any question about your data, or to exercise any right described here, write to ritch.wingo@wren-consulting.com.

What we collect, and why

WhatWhy
Email address and nameTo identify you, mark your work under the right record, and print your name correctly on your certificate.
Your track and planTo show you the right instructions and know what you are entitled to.
The work you submitTo mark it. This is the core of the service.
Your marks and written feedbackTo show you your progress and to let you re-read corrections before your exam.
Your recorded mistakesTen questions on your final exam are generated from errors you made earlier. That requires keeping a record of them.
Your access code or licence keyTo confirm your enrolment is legitimate and prevent one purchase being used for several accounts.

What we do not collect

Who else touches your data

Running this course requires a handful of services. Each is listed here with what it sees.

ServiceWhat it processes
Google Workspace
(Sheets, Forms, Gmail, Apps Script)
Stores your record and your submissions, and sends your marked letters. This is where your data lives.
Google GeminiReads your submitted work in order to mark it. See the warning below.
Google IdentityConfirms your identity at sign-in. We receive an email and name.
GumroadProcesses payment and issues your licence key. Handles card data; we do not.
CloudflareServes the website. Keeps standard technical logs such as IP addresses.
An honest warning about automated marking. Your submitted work is sent to Google’s Gemini service to be marked. We currently use the free tier of that service, and on the free tier Google may use submitted content to improve its models. We are telling you this plainly because you deserve to decide with the facts.

In practice this means: do not submit confidential material, personal data about other people, client information, or anything you are not free to share. Every assignment on this course can be completed with public or invented example data, and where a session asks for a real document, a made-up one works just as well.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Whatever country you are in, we will honour these:

Write to ritch.wingo@wren-consulting.com. We aim to respond within seven days.

What we will never do

Children

This course is not intended for anyone under 16. If you believe a child has enrolled, tell us and we will remove the account and its data.

Changes

If we change how data is handled in a way that affects you, we will email enrolled students rather than quietly updating this page.
